Just So Festival are delighted to announce the Guardian as the official newspaper partner of Just So Festival 2011. The second Just So Festival will take place from 19-21st August at Barnswood in Staffordshire. The partnership represents a shared commitment to introduce families to new and creative ways to engage in the arts together.

Just So Festival Director Rowan Hoban said “We’re delighted to enter into this partnership with the Guardian, which we think is the most family friendly newspaper. From its new children’s books website, to its family supplement, we feel that the Guardian matches our ethos and values perfectly. We can’t wait for them to join us this summer in our beautiful woodland.”

The Just So Festival is a weekend-long festival of creativity aimed at children, young people and their families. The festival provides a magical experience where art, music, theatre and literature are embedded and entwined in a beautiful and wondrous landscape. The Just So Festival is the brainchild of two mums, with seven children between them, who met in the playground and dreamt of a festival that was all about families. Their dream came true for the first time in 2010 and their creative woodland adventures are set to continue in 2011.
