Join Team Just So

Would you like to get involved at the Just So Festival? You or your friends and family can be a part of Team Just So in 2012. We are on the hunt for volunteers to help us make August 17th-19th the most magical weekend of the year.

Our line-up of performers, artists, writers and musicians will be entertaining our 4000 guests over the entire weekend within our 65 acre woodland and we’re looking for enthusiastic, organised and committed individuals to volunteer and join us on our creative adventures.

Volunteers will camp on-site and become fully fledged members of the team – helping our festival families navigate their way around our beautiful festival site, greeting visitors as they arrive and providing invaluable workshop support for our artists as they bring their own brand of creativity to this year’s festival. Volunteers with artistic backgrounds can enjoy workshops that reflect their own interests and skills as we try and match all our helpers with their fields of interest wherever possible.

This year, we’re especially excited as we have a number of positions available, where applicants may be selected to assist the organisers on a part time basis in the run-up to the event as well as throughout the entire weekend. They will eventually take their place managing one of our glades within the festival site. Volunteers can flex their organisational muscles as they manage and develop relationships with performers working within their glade and provide a point of contact for artists as well as our festival families.

“Just So Festival is an organisation I am extremely proud to volunteer for and I have huuuge cravings at the moment for the two days of the year where I get to live completely surrounded by creativity at its best…It is the most inspiring place you could ever go, you could never be unhappy there. It really is bliss; it is what life should be like.”
